Kelly was amazing to work with! We started working with her a couple years ago on the recommendation of two friends who had bought and/or sold their homes with her. We had hoped to make a move and were just gathering information to see if we could pull it off. Kelly came to us with comps and marketing plans and was ready to hit the ground running whenever we were. It turned out the market was not in our favor at that time so we decided to wait, with Kelly's full support and no pressure to move more quickly.
When the market had recovered, Kelly was there with lots of information, a wonderful stager who gave minimal and very cost effective suggestions to make our home look fantastic, and she took care of all the details to make the process go smoothly, even including having boxes delivered when we were packing things up to stage the home. She was very mindful of us only spending money on improvements that we would recover in the sale, and carefully discussed the best strategy to sell our home quickly, at a good price, and with minimal upheaval to our family. We sold our townhouse for much more than we expected in a very short time. As is often the case, there were minor bumps in the road with the process, and she handled these very well. I especially appreciated the amount of time she took to explain things to us, as well as to listen to our concerns, even if some of the time it was just to listen to me express frustration or concern about the moving process. Kelly also contacted realtors in our new city and vetted them to be sure they were not only competent but had the skills and knowledge that we were looking for when we began searching for our new home. We have now worked with several realtors over the years and Kelly is definitely the best. Her kindness, skill, knowledge and diligence in her work made our process smooth and easy and being confident that everything was being handled so expertly made the process much less stressful.
